Community Guidelines

edate.cc works when it feels like a good call: everyone's comfortable, nobody's pressured, and anyone can leave. These rules apply to profiles, images and messages.

Be real

• Be 18 or older, and be honest about your age.
• Anime pfps, art and avatars are welcome. Photos of other real people pretending to be you are not.
• Say what you're actually looking for. Changing your mind is fine; misleading people isn't.

Be kind

• No harassment, insults, threats, or repeated messages after someone stops replying.
• No hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar.
• “No” and silence both mean no. Unmatching is a valid answer.

Flirty is fine. Explicit isn't.

• Suggestive, flirty or thirst-trap-style photos are allowed as long as you're clothed.
• No nudity, see-through or exposed intimate areas, or sexual acts — in profile images or anywhere else.
• Keep sexual talk to people who've clearly shown they're into it, and stop the moment they aren't. Unsolicited sexual messages are harassment.
• Only post photos of yourself. Never someone else's pictures, and never images of anyone without their consent.
• No offering, requesting or advertising sexual services, paid or not.
• Never anything sexual involving minors or characters presented as minors.

No hustles

• No asking for money, gift cards, Nitro, crypto or “investment opportunities”.
• No advertising servers, products, OnlyFans-style links or other platforms.
• No bots or automation.

Protect privacy

• Don't share someone else's personal information, screenshots of their messages, or their Discord handle without permission.
• Don't pressure anyone to share their face, voice, location or Discord before they're ready.

What happens if rules are broken

Depending on severity we may remove content, issue a temporary suspension, or ban the account. Severe violations — anything involving minors, credible threats, or sexual exploitation — lead to an immediate ban and may be reported to the authorities.
