Deleting your account

How to delete

Sign in, go to Settings, choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. Deletion happens immediately. If you can't sign in (for example, you lost access to your Discord account), email support@edate.cc from the address on your Discord account and we'll handle it manually.

What gets deleted right away

• Your profile, images, interests, preferences and private data (including your date of birth)
• Your likes, passes, matches and all messages in your conversations
• Your blocks and notifications
• Your edate.cc login. Your Discord account itself is not affected.

What we keep

Reports you made or that were made about you, and records of moderation actions, are kept with your identity removed. This helps us stop banned users from coming back and lets us meet legal obligations. Backups held by our infrastructure provider expire on their own schedule and aren't used to restore deleted accounts.

Just need a break?

You can pause discovery from your profile instead. Nobody new will see you, and your matches and conversations stay where they are.
